What we offer
Postpartum Doula Services:
Our Postpartum Doula Services are designed to provide comprehensive support to new parents during the critical postpartum period. We understand that this time can be filled with a mix of joy, exhaustion, and sometimes, uncertainty. Our role is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support to help families transition smoothly into life with a new baby. This includes assistance with newborn care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, sibling care, and providing resources and referrals when necessary. We also offer guidance on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Our goal is to empower new parents, boost their confidence, and alleviate some of the stress associated with bringing a new baby home.
Bereavement Doula Services:
Our Bereavement Doula Services provide compassionate support to families who are facing or have experienced a loss. This can include miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or the diagnosis of a fatal condition. We are here to provide emotional support, help families understand their options, and assist in creating a birth plan that respects their wishes. We also provide resources for coping and healing, and can help coordinate with medical professionals and funeral services. Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing space where families can grieve, remember, and honor their baby, and to support them in their journey of healing.
